All Genius Popup classes must be pre-approved and reviewed by out team. Please submit any new classes to us by the following deadlines:

Genius 2030
Due to structural racism, traditional systems and institutions of power like jobs and colleges were not built for our Black youth to win and have economic power. That’s why we believe our investments in Black divested youth will shift the balance of economic power for future generations. Thus, we’ve launched our Genius 2030 Campaign, through our nonprofit, which will support 10,000 divested Black youth with skill development for higher earning career opportunities by 2030.
Through this campaign, we will create accessible and more affordable pathways to career preparation that also provides entrenched communal support from industry experts. Also, as we develop our community and emerging pipeline of talented Black folx on our platform, we will also foster a diverse ecosystem and network of champions who are powerful professionals championing the next generation of Black creatives and professionals who will pay it forward so we can break the cycle of generational poverty so we all can WIN!
